About this project
I was the only engineer on Hanover Park's portfolio monitoring product from December 2025 to July 2026. I worked on the React/Next.js front end and TypeScript back end.
The product collected KPIs for thousands of portfolio companies. Some came from founder-submitted forms, others from emails or documents. I brought those values into one metrics view.
For email ingestion, I used RAG and Reducto for document extraction, with long-running agents on Trigger.dev. I also built the internal task management system.
