About this project
I led front-end engineering at Flexa from August 2024 to December 2025, using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Flexa lets people pay merchants with cryptocurrency.
My work included Flexa Checkout with Base Pay, Mini Apps, and Payment Page. Those products served over 40,000 merchant locations.
I maintained the monorepo so applications and services could share code. I also led the engineering team's rollout of Claude Code and gave internal talks about AI-assisted development.
